To do this follow the following steps;
Step 1. In the app menu, click on the sale module as shown below.
Step 2. On the new page that opens up, click on the create button to create a quotation as shown below.
Step 3. On the new page that opens up, fill in details of the quotation (click on the arrow to select the name of the customer as well as the name of the product. Fill in other details such as quantity and unit price) then click on the save button as shown below.
Step 4. On the new page that opens up, click on either send by email or print to make the quotation available to your customer as shown below.
Step 5. When the customer is satisfied, click on the confirm button as shown below to convert the quotation to a sale order.
Once a quotation has been confirmed, it becomes a sales order and it will be available in the list of other sales orders as shown below. But when a quotation is not confirmed, it will be available in the list of other quotations.
