To do this follow the following steps;
Step 1. On the specific sales order, click on the delivery button as shown below.
Step 2. On the page that opens up, click on edit as shown below. This will enable you to make any changes to this document as shown below.
Step 3. When this page opens up, type the number of products actually delivered to the customer as shown below.
Step 4. Click the save button as shown below. In this case, the customer ordered 5 units of Hollow block and received 5 units of this product. Click on the validate button as shown below.
Step 5. On the page that opens up, click on the print button as shown below.
A pdf document will be generated, this document can then be printed and used in the warehouse to guide the storekeepers in their duty to pick the products from storage and pack them for delivery.
Step 6. When the print button is clicked, click on the picking operation if the document is to be used in the warehouse, else click on delivery if the document will be taken to the customer alongside the delivered products.
Below is how a delivery/picking order looks like. It contains details such as the name of the customer, ordered quantity, and delivered quantity as shown below.
